We The People
CLAK a Brief Overview.
The system starts and evolves from the local assembly.
A local assembly is a group of 12 or more men and women who come together to direct the development of their community under the guidelines of a constitution and charter of rights.
A constitution being an outline of how the assembly operates and its purpose.
A charter of rights being a list of freedoms we agree that outline how we live our daily lives.
These local assemblies send representation to a regional assembly, the regional is represented in the provincial assembly and the provincial is represented in the national council.
Each assembly elects and sends representatives to the next assembly. There is no party politics and representatives share the will of their assembly members with the other representatives from other assemblies. They then return to their local assembly and share the direction and will of the other representatives. All representatives are accountable and liable to their local assemblies and can be replaced and charged with just cause.
All decisions and directions need the approval of the majority of all local assemblies in order to be implemented.
To join an assembly there is a pledge and commitment required. It needs to be entered into with knowledge and sincerity. There is accountability and each of us needs to take responsibility for our thoughts, actions, families and our communities. We the people need to exercise our right and work together to create change.
The times ahead are looking dark and perhaps dangerous. We need to be prepared for all eventualities and possibilities. This is not a virtual game.
What is the function of CLAK
CLAK (Common Law Assembly of Kootenay) is a service body, with representation from all local assemblies within the geographic area known as Kootenay, in southeastern, British Columbia, Kanata. It functions as a communication and sharing hub to connect and coordinate all local assemblies. It by design serves as outreach to encourage, meet with, help educate, support and assist, all living men and women who desire to establish or be a member of a common law assembly.
Common law is built upon the local assemblies which are established with a minimum of twelve men and women joining together in service to their community through a constitution and charter of rights. The basic principles are all men and women are created equal and do no harm.
Every local assembly and their members are members of CLAK. We are one body with separate parts but always connected and functioning as one. As the number of members in any local area grows CLAK will encourage and assist those men and women in establishing their Local Common Law Assembly. Until then CLAK will serve as a learning sharing and connecting assembly for those who do not have a local assembly.

Join with “We The People” of the
Common Law Assembly of Kootenay.
Our aim is to have everyone join us and work together toward those goals we have in common. Cooperation and collaboration does allow for individuality built upon those ideals shared.
Our hope is that as we share our journey, we can help others on theirs. We encourage everyone to reach out within your communities find others who have the same or similar core principles and see if you can work together. Our direction is through natural common law and we hope others see this as the way forward. This is a way of connecting folks who are ready to take action toward establishing assemblies in their communities. This is not something we or anyone else can do for you, it requires commitment and action from each of us. We can and will share information and support to all those who choose to put their energy into doing that. If you cannot find others in your area to work with then we can help connect you with folks who are close geographically. We think we are running out of time, certainly the time for talking is over. We are down to a time for action. We need to replace this corporation of Canada and its system of corruption and criminality posing as government. Join with “We The People” of the Common Law Assembly of Kootenay. If you are ready to commit contact info@clak.ca.
